  • Mission and Vision Generation Process

Mission and vision statements create a sense of direction and opportunity, and guide decision-making for both managers and employees. For customers, these statements will define what your company represents to the public.

Your Mission statement explicitly states the fundamental purpose of your organization. This will define the customer as well as the critical processes, and the desired level of performance.

Your Vision statement outlines what the organization wants to be, or how it wants the world in which it operates to be. This statement outlines the company’s future and serves as a source of inspiration.

  • Working Business Plan

A business plan is a formal statement of your business goals how you intend on reaching them. When you are to assume a major change or when planning a new venture - a 3 to 5 year business plan is essential. Business plans may be externally- or internally-focused. Externally focused plans target goals that are important to external stakeholders, such as investors and customers. With non-profits, external stakeholders may include donors or the clients of the non-profit's services. Sales Plan

A sales plan contains the objectives of the sales process, the responsibilities and incentives of those involved in the sales process, and the resources that will be available or used for the sales process. The sales plan usually includes objectives (sales targets), assigned sales representatives, what products they are authorized to sell, list of sales roles, responsibilities, and territories. The sales process includes:

  • Leadership and Management Development

Management Development is the process by which your managers learn and improve their skills, not only to benefit themselves but also your organization. Leadership is the process of social influence in which a person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task. In here you:
